Absolutely yes! The original concept of labor unions was to help both employees and companies meet mutual goals. When this remains the goal they are very sucessful.When goals cannot be agreed upon it is still better to have the union backing you up....there is power in numbers! Unions help the company become consistent and help employees feel secure so they can be more productive which is beneficial to both. A successful union will build bridges between the union members and the company.
