Do they produce the horoscopes in house, or do they have to buy the content from an outside source?

Someone else answered my question and said this:
"Many years ago I read that most newspapers and many mags (unless otherwise stated, example: the fine LA WEEKLY) print 'scopes based on those sun signs born closest to dawn, which is one reason why they can be so damn inaccurate... Plus, sun sign astrology is not very accurate to begin with... so it's kind of the nature of the beast."
