I am a new user/customer to BT Broadband.
When i normally use a PC i can add things i am doing/found to "FAVOURITES"

The Favorites menu item should be on the line at the top of our screen. You need that menu item to display the list of things you've added, even if you could not add any more. So, unless you can see it, there is no use trying to add more to it.

If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer then look for a gold star on one of the top lines. That also leads to Favorites when you click on it.

If you are using another browser (such as Firefox) then look for the word Bookmarks - that is another term for the same thing as Favorites.

Failing all that, ask the tech support of your new ISP (BT).

press Ctrl and D on the page you want saving

Just try pressing ctrl+I

it should be by ur toolbar next to tools if not click on the right mouse button and then on display bar and you should find it on there.
