Okay there isn't a single emulator to run all the game systems you speak of, BUT. Game EX http://tomspeirs.com/gameex/ offers an front end ( a program that starts up and gives you the ability to chose which emulator you want to play then what game you want to play in that Emulator ) You have to down load the emulators separately and the Roms that go to them. Game Ex is fully programmable to run all the emulators and other programs too. PS2 has no working emulator to date nore dose Sega dream cast that i have found to work at all.
I have added two good sights below to find Emulators and roms that work and no pop ups or pop unders.

There's never one emulator that runs every single console game. Some are multipurpose, like Kega Fusion, which can run Genesis, 32x, SegaCD, and Sega Saturn.

Also, no emulators currently exist for Xbox, PS2, or Gamecube. Emulating games the companies currently make money off of is illegal. Not only that, but your computer couldn't POSSIBLY run them. Trust me.

For the systems you request, I dont think so. I believe there may be a ps1 emulator, but it's been a long time since I last checked. Most of the stuff below the dreamcast and ps1 all have emulators though (N64, Snes, MAME, Neo Geo, Sega CD).

no not one emulator will run all console games. if you are looking for an xbox emulator. to date there is none that work. ps2 emulators are pcsx, for game cube ther is one but it dosnt work properly. i recpmend actually getting the consoles tho. because emulators will never work 100% and you will get choppy graphics and such.
