Never heard of photographic memory part.....
It can reduce stress which helps with blood pressure, digestion,
stress. Mentally faster? Meditation clears out all the 'junk' (committees in the head) which helps with cognitive skills.

relaxation, peace, harmony, tranquility, less clogged with brain activity because you are learning how to focus and get rid of the junk that clogs your brain
