Im currently doing a " National Diploma for IT practitioners (system support)" but im unsure of what sort of IT job I should do when I complete the course?

you can get job in company like LLTTT by the time of completing ur studies if ur percentage is 85.

No offence. I may have misunderstood the question and call me old fashioned. But didn't we used to choose a career and THEN sort the qualifications to enter said career
Seems a bit cack handed to take a diploma and then try and find a job to fit.
Is this how it happens these days?

IT is so diverse.

It looks like you are aiming towards technical support.

Qualifications alone will not make you successfull.

You need experience. So you are going to enter at ground level for less than you expect. After a couple of years the mony starts to rise nicely, and you will have a better idea of the direction you want to go in in the industry.

talk to you tutor(s) and other members of college staff, they probably worked in the industry before teaching.
