Yes - many drag cars combine both so they can get a kick of nitrous at low RPM and spool up the turbo much faster. You will need to be sure the engine is tough enough to survive the power you get from both of them - most likely, you will need forged pistons and connecting rods, and need to adjust the fuel and spark timing to keep it out of detonation. You may need other mods such as a block girdle or an O-ring head gasket, too.

This mod is one of the things that falls into the category of "Certainly possible, but you really have to know what you are doing." Or hire somebody who does...

adding nitrous to a car w/ a turbo charger is taking a chance of liftin the head on a motor that is still stock. Not to mention the destruction of a stock transmission. You would probably blow the motor and be loookin for another means of transportation.
