Rather than looking for an outlet for your aggression, why don't you seek to understand why you experience it then either change what triggers the aggression or how you view the trigger.

Example: it pisses you off when the light changes and people don't immediately go. What are you accomplishing by becoming enraged? Will it make anyone go faster the next time if you flip them off or become reckless with your vehicle to show your displeasure? No.

Look at waiting for the light to change in a different way. Think of it as a micro- vacation. Philosophize that not everyone has lightening quick reflexes like you. Tell yourself that maybe the person at the beginning of the line got a cramp in their foot, was consoling a child, or going through a stress of their own causing them to be distracted. By doing that you change how you view the situation.

There is no need for aggression. Shrug it off and let it go.

It's better to learn why you are aggressive in inappropriate situations for your own sake as well as others. Aggression gears your body up for the fight or flight response. You can become an adrenaline junkie which in turn ages your body faster than what it should do. It's like running your car as fast as you can every chance you get whether you need to or not. Not only will you burn up fuel faster, you'll wear out the engine much sooner.

Educate yourself.

Join a Gym where you can punch a bag and imagine its the person or thing you need to take your aggression out on. OR, you can also write down all your angry feelings, then burn them, watch the fire and smoke, and have your aggressions go up with them. I used to do that when I was young, and it worked for me. Don't worry, it didn't make me an arsonist :-)

start studying martial arts. you will gain confidence, good health, discipline, self control and the ability to protect yourself and the ones you love. contrary to popular belief martial arts do not make you 'more' violent. any reputable school will be paired with a philosophy about when to act and how to diffuse situations before they become physical, and how to avoid harmful situations without confrontation.

the excersize will do your body good, you will fell good about yourself, and you will be learning again.

but, im biased, ive been studying since i was ten years old.
