It could probably be an eye problem. Check with an eye doctor if you've got astigmatism. When you have this and they are not corrected thru glasses, you'll end up feeling bad the whole day, sometimes even feeling that you want to vomit because of the headache.

Or, it could be another problem in your head. Try to have a CT-scan, just to see if there is no hemorrage going on. Hemorrage in the brain can cause headaches too, and if left untreated can lead to death.

And it is also likely because of stress, if you are thinking too much or worried too much, this can cause headache too (aside from early wrinkles). Try to be happy. Take a break. Go out with your friends. Have a good time.

I hope it's just the eye problem or the stress (which are easier to fix).

I used to get serious head aches I found out that aspartame (equal) in the diet drinks were the cause . I quit eating anything with Equal in it and I no longer have headaches. If you drink a lot of diet sodas I would quit them first. If that doesn't help see your doctor. Also combinations of certain medications can cause headaches ask your pharmacist if this is possible.

have you checked your place for carbon monoxide? This could cause a constant headache. Also stress. Stress can cause the worst headaches. Try relaxing a little bit. Another thing could be lack of sleep or possibly low blood sugar. When are your headaches? If they are always when you wake up, check for the carbon monoxide and if that is clean, it might be low blood sugar. But it is most likely stress. Try yoga or meditating. I write to get all my tensions out.

Most of mine are because of my neck.. I lie down (even sleep) with a rolled up towel under my neck instead of a pillow, have steam showers, rub my pressure points and hot drinks. but my advice is record what you were doing when you got it, where you feel your pain (other then just your head),rate it on a scale, and how long you have had it for and go to a doc, chiropractor or massage therapist.

Maybe you should head to a chiropractor? Misalignment in your spine could cause repetitive headaches, even if you aren't feeling any pain in your back. It would be better to not have to rely on medication to get through the day.

Good luck!

Add details of where the most pain form your headaches is so you can get better answers. If the pain is in the front center of your forehead, it could be from sinus blockage/infection. It could be lack of sleep, poor eyesight, stress, etc... It could also be something more serious go to a doctor.

stress. high blood pressure. your eyes. Seriously when my eyes start messing up i get migranes. Yelling and screaming around you, or just things that annoy you or that are getting under your skin. Not enough sleep. Allergies/sinuses.
Just relax. Go do something that you enjoy. Take a breather and a day for yourself and see if it helps.
