If they would, it would be awesome. Not for the recreational use, but for people with anxiety and issues dealing with ADHD,BIPOLARISM, And many other inflictions of the mind. As with any nmmedication, moderation is the key. You can abuse anything and have it not work correctly. I have been diagnosed with BP and as of the present, I am not on any medications. Marijuana was my drug of choice for medical reasons, but I have stopped that for it is just point blank, illegal. so, I go without any meds and cannot get into see a psychiatrist due to backlogged appointments. I have been struggling with mood swings at a severe rate and have become unemployable, but I still hold a job that is slowly going also. I experience intermittent explosive disorder, I have time loss and this did not seem an issue when I was using marijuana. But, society believes that Alcohol is less destructive than cannibus, but i don't drink at all, so what do I do now? Wait for 3 more months untill I see a psych I guess. I went to the hospital for help, and they gave me the same crap about waiting to see a doc, and that they can "put me up" until then. Yea, I'm going to stay in a mental hospital while everything in my life dissapears. I might as well be free in life and struggle with my illness and pray that it all ends up okay. This is why so many people die...because they system has opinions about things and who makes these laws? Maybe someday it will be legal, untill that time comes, don't tail gate me when i'm driving, I might not be responsible for my actions.

For medical reasons, yes. But if they legalized it completely the taxes would go up. The court systems make a large amount of money from seizures of vehicles, cash, property, etc.. It pays for the drug police. If it were legal the money would have to come from us (taxes). You don't think they would lay any officers off. I don't smoke the stuff but do feel what people do at home is their business. If it is like people say that the drugs are funding terrorists than legalizing it would take money from them as well. So after all this typing, who knows. It would definitely change things in an overall view.

No they should not. Their are people who over use it as it is and that is wrong. I dont thing they should legalize it. As long as it is not legal then we can still bring justice to people. God does not want us to have marajuana. Thier are people who are going to hell and we need to change that and by making "marajuana legal" is not going to help us get people in to heaven. So are you can tell My opinion is NO

Well, it's silly to punish someone just for smoking a joint. You should'nt drive stoned, or do dangerous things (JUST LIKE ALCOHOL). But, if someone is sitting in there apt. at 2 Am smoking pot, and watching TV who could care ? Unlike alcohol, I've never heard of two people smoking a joint, and getting into an argument. Pot smokers usually keep to themselves (unlike loud drunks) and are not violent. They don't smoke a joint, and get nasty, if they smoke too much pot, they just eat a twinkie, and go to bed, and also unlike alcoholics, the pot head will get up the next day, and go to work, and be able to function fully (which brings us to the question of why do we have piss tests).

Yes. The drug war has failed and has been a complete waste of money. We now have a prison population larger than many countries, and you and I are footing the bill. What a scam! And I don't even smoke the stuff, so I don't see why I should have to pay for it.
