i know they're two completely unrelated smells, but both are so extremely satisfying to me :)

NOTHING smells better than fresh ground coffee...specifically fresh espresso beans, omg that is the best smell ever. Right up there tho' I would place chocolate chip cookies baking, burning leaves, fresh cut grass, and lilacs.

It depends on where it rains. Sometimes I smell fish in the air after it rains. That's not so great. I would have to go with fresh ground coffee.

How about smelling fresh ground coffee as it rains? You'd have to be out in the country or woods or somewhere away from the city.

I'd say fresh ground coffee...because it just smells good...... and because I have no clue what the earth smells like after it rains!!
I like the smell of the air after it rains though!!

I think ground coffee smells great!
After rain I leave and stroll in the land taking coffee.

it's not a comparable matter...to some, they would not like the smell or fresh ground coffee...and some will not like the smell of the earth after it rains as sometimes it's acid rain that's pouring down the sky.... i would not like the pungent smell of coffee and i don't even like the polluted smell of the earth after the rain....

ahhhhhh I agree. I would choose the smell of the rain. I also like the smell of baking bread, the ocean. Cotten candy at the carnival and evergreen trees at Chirstmas.We should do a top ten favorites ha.
