What's with you guys and Muslim and Islam? This is a football page. And we admire our football players for their skills in football. Not their religious affiliations. Who became converted to what religion is insignificant in a football forum.
I enjoy watching Uruguay play, but it never occured me to question, "what religion do they practice?"
Stop being such fanatics. Be football fans. Let at least football unite us.

First, Zizou is a self-proclaimed non-practicing muslim. Yes, I still and always admire the best footballer the world has ever known.
Second, Frank Ribery is the one who recently converted to Islam. He toook his vacation to Algeria where he was received like a king and also said: "Je me sens bien ici en Algerie." Translation: "I feel good here in Algeria". He is married to an algerian woman, Wahiba Belmahi from the town of Nedroma. They have a little girl together, just about one yeat old.

This all is not true.
I am french, so i read a lot about this in the medias.
In fact Ribery recently became a muslim because he married a muslim woman.

i think its ribery, but he became a muslim before the world cup. there are currently no other muslims in the french squad. i am not so sure about henry

The correct answer is no-one.
Thierry Henry has not become a muslim recently, its just a rumour. And Zinedine Zidane has ALWAYS been a Muslim, he was born one.

Zinedine Zidane was born a muslim. He himself admits that he is a "non practicing muslim"
