I don't' know. Isn't Mt. Rushmore up there, or some bad Badlands or am I getting all confused with South Dakota? I guess one could watch cows, determine how flat is flat, see how many times you can sneak over the Canadian border and back.
I'd probably go crazy over there, I'm so used to having the suburban conveniences of living in a large metropolitan area.

In the summer time mosquito swatting and tornado dodging are fun things to do. In the winter one can always go ice fishing. I think there is a bag limit of 50 pounds of ice per day. One can always go curling using old auto parts. My mom is from North Dakota. Why so many Scandanavians found their way to a landlocked state I'll never know. Those one way train tickets from Ellis Island must have been really cheap. Did I mention monster tractor competitions and tractor pulling? Boy, are those tractors hard to pull. I have a lot of cousins who live there, but I've never visited. I think the best part of North Dakota is that it makes you appreciate every place else. Oh, telling dumb Swede jokes is a popular pasttime. My grandfather could tell them for hours. Neither the Swedes or the Norwegians could have been too bright. They all wound up in the same place.

It all really depends on what your idea of fun is and where in ND you are? also what time of year your here? and what month your here? we have different things going on all year round you just have to be in the right place at the right time..lol.
