y not give it a try gurl? you'll know the answer to your question. cuz it depends on the eye of the person, like me i don't need those since my eye lines are already dark, i look scary wearin those, lol. it realy depends, you'll never know, maybe you'll look good on those?;)

Well.....it depends on how much makeup you have on and where you are going. If it is during the day and you're just going out with friends or something then just wearing it on top is a better choice. But, if it is evening and you are dresed up, or wearing a fancy dress than I would go with top and bottom!...but on only the bottom? I wouldn't suggest it, because it makes it look as though you have dark cirlces under your eyes...and if it smudges!!!....well then you're really in trouble! Hope this helps!

Yeah. I wear eyeliner on the bottom all the time, and then if I want a darker look I also use it on the top. Whatever looks best.

Yes that is what i do, i honestly hate the look when people where it on the upper lash line because it just looks weird to me. I only wear it on the lower lash line. it is definetly ok to wear eyeliner on only the bottom of ur eye.

if you want...but girls who have big eyes are the ones who can really wear eye-liner on the bottom..they're the ones who can pull it off. why? because they have the eyes for it....girls who don't have big eyes, should stay away from applying eyeliner to the bottom. why? because it'll make their eyes look smaller than they really are...they should apply it to the top lid only.
if you want your eyes to look bigger, apply a WHITE eye-liner to the bottom of your eyes ONLY...not to the top...coat your eyelashes with mascara and your good to go.
hope this helps some...i dont' want to sound mean and discourage you from wearing eyeliner on the bottom...if u wanna wear it, wear it...it's just something i learned from this professional make-up artist lady. apply eyeliner to the TOP ONLY!

sure, that is how i've always applied it. just make sure you don't put it inside your eye lid, that is a no-no and could cause irritation. applying an eyeliner to your lower eye area, gives you the illusion of thicker lashes and also covers up any swelling or wrinkles you may have around your eyes. nice way of concealing and accents the eyes awesomely! makeup artists use that technique a lot for the celebrities.

Yeah, why not? You should wear it the way that it looks good on you. There is no rule that says that eyeliner needs to be applied to upper and lower lids.

yes it's fine everyone that wears eyeliner does not have to wear it on both bottom and top

It looks tacky to wear liner only on the bottom lid. It looks as though you didn't take the time to do your makeup properly. It also tends to close in your eyes, making them look smaller.

yes it ok u can use it for the bottom and the top of your eyes that is why it made for eyes
