I don't know if you want to know if males can get pregnant (no, they can't!), what men can do to increase their fertility (sperm count, etc.) to help get a woman pregnant, or if you want to know how to increase the chances of having a boy. After 3 boys my sister tried a diet which was supposed to make it more likely the next would be a girl. Can't remember it but I think no salt was part of it. She was on it about 8 months and couldn't get pregnant so she gave up and went back to normal food. Within a couple of months she was pregnant again and had another boy!

There is a possibility of 'designer babies' in the near future but medical ethics will not permit this knowledge to be used.

You may believe you want a son now but place a baby girl in your arms and you will wonder why it ever mattered to you.

if you mean you want to have a baby boy as opposed to a girl(maybe you have 5 daughters and want a son?) i read somewhere some website, or news artical a few years ago if she releases before he does(u know what i mean) xy sperm swim better in a more acid environment therefore improve chances of concieveing a boy, the artical was something to do with cows by the way, farmers wanted their cows to give birth to female calves, i dont want to think of their experiments though, any way i tried it myself(not with cows) and have the sexes i wanted it worked for me any way.
