Of course, this is a war against terrorists, NOT a war for oil. Some people cannot be convinced of that though because they believe everything Michael Moron says.

I don't drive. And that's a good question. Where is anyone's cheap gas? Gas in Germany costs nearly $8 a gallon. It was nearly $2 a gallon in the sixties, when the exchange rate favored the dollar. The "war for oil" can't be blamed for that.

ur own govt is the one collecting most of the profits on gas...do your research before u spout nonsense ... and the argument about the war being for oil is uninformed also ... the war is strategic and is about taking advantage of americas position in the world while it has a chance and is on top ... it has been planned since the fall of the soviet union and its more than oil ... and anyone who believes a worldwide terrorism organization is out to get them is just an idiot and has been duped by the daily dose of propaganda on the tv ... it is about the american empire and those in power thinking they are secureing americas future ...

The Middle East has the cheapest gas. I'm Talking Iran Irac, etc. They only pay about 70 cents a gallon! Then there's exxon/mobil that makes so much profit from US that is ridiculous! Don't buy from them. Their supplier is the Middle East. Buy from Places that get Domestic fuel like Hess and the smaller co's. I drive a saturn and It's even getting ridiculious for me.

DUH! The war for oil is not about keeping your oil prices low, its to do with ensuring future oil supplies for the US.

And I had no idea that the entire poulation of Iraq are now considered "terrorits" these days. So, coming soon to a TV near you.. the war for Iranian oil supplies.

The main problem is all those gas guzzlers people are driving. They need to quit making 'em! That's one big problem in the rise of gas.
