It MAY mean that you will have to have the handset '3' enabled to access the '3' network & the 'walled garden' internet features.

Call '3' customer services to find out.

If its a video phone you've got and you put the simcard your getting your capability out of it or you can use your sim in any sim free phone

you can use any Sims if it is triband one, sometime Sims free means they are selling only mobile without any Sims on it ,so have to check whether it is safe to buy or some might be selling stolen one also .buy it from well shop or any dealers only.

Not neccessarily. You can only use it in a 3g phone as i tried my 3 sim in a couple of my Nokias (3200 and 6230i) to see if they work n they dont.
