so that as you are working down the page you know what is in each column and don't have to keep scrolling back to the top every time you have to add new data.

Place the cursor in the row and col where you want the title to remain visable
go to the menus at top of page
Click window
Click "Freeze Window"
To unfreeze, repeat and choose "unfreeze."

Click on 'Window' and then 'Freeze panes'. Make sure the cell that you have selected is in the row below/to the right of the cells that you want to freeze. i.e. if you want the top line and the first column to be frozen, select cell B2, if you just want the top line select A2 etc.

In the tools menu theres an option called "Freeze Pane". Click that, then select the groups of columns and rows you want to see, and bobs your uncle, as it were.

it doesn t work for print. how to print the freeze row in every page top??
