Sorry, I assumed that the readership would know that the obvious answer - go to target.com - was problematic. Of course one can go to the website and search for store locations but the website requires an input for city. Naturally, I'm trying to avoid having to input every single city in a state.

Store Locator on www.target.com.
You'll have to enter a zip code or a city, but pretty much you can get all of them--I just tried it.
