Teletubbies is f*cked up. Seriously, I hate Barney too, but Teletubbies is just not right.
Ever seen that episode where the water floods the valley and the ships start floating around, then the next minute the water is gone, and the bunnies are back.

I have nightmares, man. Nightmares.

You sure it not you who wants to know our oppinion? because if it is it's ok we all sometime get confused on which kid show is the best. I would say Elmo beats the both of them, but Elmo is not a runner up so i have to go with Barney. I mean come on who in the world can understand what those teletubbies are chatting about. There always giggling but you never know why. At least Barney encourage the kids to clean up, eat their food, and to love their siblings. The most important thing about Barney is that he always end his show with that catchy song "I LOVE YOU LOVE ME" but when i was growing up we switch the words around and they werent sooo nice. Barney had to run for his life!

It is like choosing between broccoli and asparagus.

When my son was smaller he loved both of them and ended up with an $18 late fee on the Teletubbies video as he hid it so he could watch it whenever he wanted.

I took him to that Barney movie when it came out in the theaters and he kept waking me up telling me I was missing the good parts...told him there was none. To amuse myself started singing Barney songs and all the little kids started singing along and couldn't hear Barney. Had to laugh my butt off at that Twinkin thing.

Guess I would have to say Barney is the lesser of the two evils.

Teletubbies, if for no other reason that my son couldn't pronounce his sister's name when he was tiny so he called her Lala. It stuck, she's now 33 and hates it! (But she still has the videos lol)

UOPHXstudent what do you do? Record Ministers Question Time and Politics Today for you poor little daughter? Of course there's a limit to what they should watch but you actually ban programmes for little children like Teletubbies and Barney? Oh, really...

Barney! Um, I'm not sure why exactly, except the fact that, I watched him growing up & not Teletubbies! I guess I find Barney more educational anyways. LOL.

Barney. Teletubbies don't even speak English!

Barney's face and voice annoy as do his stupid, grating songs. And the programme is aimed at pre-school children yet most of the kids in the show look about ten or twelve, far too old to be there.

Teletubbies is cuter, aimed at tiny toddlers and it knows it. The tone is quieter and more gentle and it features children who are the same age as the children who would be watching the show.

Barney at least teaches kids and has songs for them to sing, etc. Teletubbies do what besides say single words and make sounds??
