Seriously, if you think about it. Ever get a hard-on while trying to work and you are not even thinking about sex? Yeah, that's harassment. Leave me alone, penis! I'm trying to work here!

Yes it is a problem. Sexual harassment is not a game. I want to be an attorny and all you have to do it look at a giurl wrong and they can turn you in for harassment. it does not matter if your self-employed

yes. it is an issue as an owner, employee, customer, clientele, third parties. no matter what the type of business.

for me that is hard to
answer for i did daycare
from my home which ment
dealing with my hubby when he
was on differnt shifts and not sure if his actions would
be harassment when they were wanted and never around the kids

Yes..but when it happens the owner/employer/employee/ employee of the month has to report themselves to the authorities...good luck with doing that

I think it depends how sexy the person being harassed is. Big boobs, hot ***, short skirt, then it's a deserved thing.
