Shloud president Basescu give the OK for international adoption, even that the EU parlaments forbiddent that ?

I think the question is...what's in the best interest of the children? Staying in an orphanage or being adopted?

I have to tell you that I think the chance for a loving home and parents who will care for them is a lot more important than the political nonsense, and keeping them in orphanages to ... make a point?
