A "She-male" is a person who is cross gendered through hormones, implants or false breasts, and dresses, behaves and appears like a woman. However, they still have male genitals ( a penis and testicles)

A shemale(I think) is a man that's in the process of becoming a woman. It can also be used in slang as well. Hope that helps.

It is a man that has taken hormones to enlarge his breasts and then "he" dresses like a woman.
This type of individual is always in need of some serious counseling because of a severe gender identity crisis.

I think it's some sort of very effeminate man. One who dresses sissy and acts like a queer. Whether he really is a queer or not is probably not relevant to the question.
