There is no one nastiest nation; all nations in the past have had their peak times of glory or infamy: The majority of people in any nation, whatever it's creed or religion are decent, upright people: It is only the power brokers, which ordinary people do not seem to have the ability or will to depose, who are the real threat.
So. thinking along these lines, I would say, either North KOrea , or Iran; who both have ambitions for domination of the rest of the world, either Islamic, or territorial.

The government (NOT the people) of Iran is the nastiest because it provides massive financial and weapons support for Hezbollah, al Qaeda, and other terrorist groups.
It is developing nuclear technology that many feel will include nuclear weapons.
It is probably responsible for more deaths, mayhem, destruction, instability in the Middle East (and higher gasoline prices, for all you SUV drivers out there) than any other country. And yes, that includes the US.

ZImbabwe (NOT THE PEOPLE). Mr Mugabe is the most one of the nastiest on earth. He lets his people starve and then spends a million pounds on his own birthday party. If you don't vote for him in the elections then he comes along with his diggers and smashes your house down. THAT... is nasty

Probably N. Korea. Not because of its people, but its leadership. N.Korea is one of the most isolated country's on earth. Its people have nothing, not even an adequate food supply. Yet its dictator, Kim Jong Il insists on spending all of its resources on offensive weapons, in order to threaten neighboring countries. This is truly an evil empire!

well darling i really don't think its in as much about the nations, as you get good and bad in all, so if i was you i would start looking amongst the negative answers your getting from some of the ignorant people, there i think you might find your answers.
