A hermaphrodite has both the primary male and female reproductive organs (although rarely both working). A "shemale" has only male reproductive organs, but the body of a woman. The breasts are not scientifically considered primary sexual organs, and play no role in reproduction.

Yes, true shemales are not that unusual. The condition happens naturally through genetic malfunction, although it is still fairly rare. Statistically, it is thought that about 1% of the total world male population has this condition to some extent.

Most of the "shemales" that appear in porn sites are not natural, they are simply transexual men who have had some breast enhancement surgery.
