I am using ADSL line and its take hell of a time to attach the file.

I doubt you'll get a file that big through an email system because most systems limit message size to 10 MB.

You probably cannot even host it on the internet (like through your own ISP) because of its size.

Your best bet is to create an FTP server on your PC (like with FTP Cutie) and then give the other person the userid and password you create and let them FTP it from your computer.

Or you can set up a VPN between the two computers, but you would want to do this as a long term solution for regular file exchange.

You could also cut a CD and snail-mail it. Whatever the case may be, due to file size I think you'll have problems with email.
