I think you can love someone from the same sex and not be gay. Even if on occasion you even have sexual feelings for the person.

Depends on what you mean by "loving". If you just really enjoy their company, have a good time together, and you trust them, no you are not gay.
If you constantly think sexual thoughts about them.....do you really need to ask? Just come out of the closet!

it depends how you love them, sexually, then i am afraid yes, but as close friends then no.
