i mean like as we have yahoo id and password
like that i want to make accounts in my E-Commerce website for those people who will suscribe my service

You will need to use a server side scripting language like PHP and use a database to store the info like MySQL. Theres a good book about making such sites at http://www.sitepoint.com . "Building Database driven sites with PHP and MySQL" or something like that. Or you can visit http://www.w3schools.com to learn SQL and PHP and then try to use them to make a site with user accounts.
