we need a hundred people to send one dollar to one another and have them tell there friends about it and pitch in and we all make this a circle when a hundred people tell another hundred peopel this keeps adding up to thousands and everyone has to pitch in the honest share this would work....

Some people would likely end up with more money than others, but its unlikely anyone would get rich. Since you're not changing the amount of money in the system - just redistributing it - it's not possible for everyone or even most of the participants to get rich. In fact, a lot of people will end up a few dollars poorer.
