Whenever I receive an email from a friend on my Gmail email account, emails that contain pictures or images cannot appear properly. The images always appear as empty boxes. There is an option which says "always display images from username@email.com". Even after I click it, the images won't appear properly. How can this be solve?

Maybe your friend did not attach the image. He just copied and pasted it from his computer. In this case, only he can see the image, cause the image is stored only in his computer. Tell him to attach the images or upload them to http://www.imageshack.us .

i too faced the same problem even after properly attatching the file ..

change to "yahoo mail" or "hotmail"
