This person is younger than I am, respects me as a person and also my position as a manager. I'm somehow afraid and shy to tell her how I feel, as I feel somehow it may compromise my position at work. I continuously think of her and can't wait on the next day to see her again. I'm a divorcee 58yrs of age and she's about 26yrs. She's everything a man could want in a woman.

58 years old and you haven't grown a sack yet?

show some balls, man!

show her some confidence.

If she is everything you say she is, she will appreciate the guts it takes to approach a woman. Especially in your situation.

do it with class and make it personal.

You have to make yourself vulnerable if you ever want to be with her..... and just remember - the longer you wait, the more time you leave her out there for someone else to snatch her away from you.

Let me warn ya, work romamnces can be a real nightmare and set you up for some serious stuff. If you are dead set in pursuing it, leave the company first. Don't take this as a slam, but the age difference might be an issue. At first it may not be to her, but once her friends start giving their opinions, she'll dump ya!

If you don't express your feeling towards a person, they will NEVER really know how you feel about them.Tell her how you feel.
