I have no real knowledge of cricket and squash to contribute anything meaningful there. Of the others:

If you are looking at those certain sports I think it is pete sampras in tennis. He won multiple championships and was just a great player and played with good sportsmanship. So if you are lookin from those sports and that century I think it is pete sampras.
