MMM, I would say this depends on how long the skirt is and what kind of skirt it is. Sometimes mini skirts with high heels looks trampy. In this case, if it looks stylish and appropriate, wear flip flops. If it's a longer skirt (low thigh or knee-length, and you want your legs to pop out, (you have amazing legs), then wear high heels so that they show even more.

Base on my personal preference I would go with the heels.
Flip flops are for the beach.

Definitely a nice short tight skirt with high heels. You'll be turning heads all day, including females. Show your legs and leave the rest for the magination. Meooooow :)

depends on where you are going. casual places like malls, beach, friends house, or hangout would be flip flops. heels at more of a higher mantenence place like downtown, nice shopping malls, date, dinner at an expensive place, party. if you wore flip flops to an expensive place, they are gonna think that you are trashy, and you dont want that. so heals, expensive place; flip flops, casual places.

flip-flops in mettalic hues look classy as well as comfortable n u can walk wid them on which is d best part .u can wear kittan heels os stilts if there is a special ocassion otherwise on a normal day u might look over-dressed
