when start router , no eny command

Unplug it and let it reset itself. 2 minutes
See if it now works.
If this does not work you need to check the instructions manual that came with the router.

Sounds like time for a new router.

Press the reset button on the router( with the power on ) and then open the browser and enter 192.168.1.1 It should take you to the router set up screen.if not try 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.2.1.
It should work provided you have wired correctly.

any router or almost he have a safety mode .
enter in that mode and erase your existing firmware and operating system . if you can not do that change the router .it"s doomed

hi,
try to restart & wait for sometime & check if still not coming your prompt than you need to reinstall your router IOS (Internal Operation system) software.
