Wthr see to it that the ram memory which use to run U R system was overloaded bcoz of the items in the desktop or if not if U use the broadband than dialup then find it what is the speed of the network what U use it may not be enough to handle the traffic in the internet bcoz of its speed U can increase the speed of the broadband speed then C it. If U are going to visit a web where there was a heavy trafic and always everybody uses do reach it also U will met with this problem. IF U use the dial up networking then it will realy slow bcoz of the broadband which was in use
