Ok, so you have an AS5300 box and you want to use it as a voice gateway? You need 2 things, first the voice feature cards and second the Voice IOS software. Check the docs and release notes on Cisco.com for the AS5300 IOS guides. Example release notes link (and other links) below, get a Cisco.com (CCO) account and browse the configuration docs, should be helpful.
