Change is hard, but only you have the power to make it happen. I think the first step in any journey like this is simply "noticing."
"Gee, I did that again. What's reallly going on here?"
Not judging. Not being mean to yourself. Just... noticing. And being curious about what you're doing and why.
Remember that it's never about whatever the bad habit is...
It's always about some deeper feeling that might be painful to acknowledge and deal with.
Staying in the circle has its benefits. You never have to deal with what is really going on.
But, at some point, the sadness of being in the circle will motivate you to move on.
Good luck. You can do it.

Ask yourself this question honestly. Is it really hard to change? All you need is one step forward to break the loop, just change one habbit and others will follow. Go on man, JUST DO IT. Best of luck.

"Habits" are merely the expression of a mild compulsion to do the same thing in the same way again and again combined with the 'comfort' factor and inertia of remaining the same.
In the extreme, habits are OCD, or obsessive-compulsive disorder.
Assuming you are smart enough to recognize that you are STUCK in a 'circle' doing the same things all the time, you should also be smart enough to recognize that if you make ONE change every day, you will no longer be stuck in your 'circle', because your program of activities will be 'ever-changing.'

you have to want to change to change your habits . . . . i'm not sure what you mean by stuck in my circle but if you mean within yourself or friends . . . . you have to be strong even when you don't belive in yourself hold on and listen to your heart, it will always give you the right answer. YOU KNOW WHAT'S BEST FOR YOU so as i would say if you really wanna change do it now, because every passing minute is a time to change. TOMMOROW is NEVER promised.

It's not hard to change. Simply replace your unwanted habits with new, good habits. All it takes is a little patience and persistence. New habits only take 3 to 4 weeks to develop.
'nuff said?

Ever heard of Stephen R Covey's book, The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People? I highly recommend you read it, even if you're not much into reading.
Good luck!
