There's a couple of ways you could go about doing that. You can go to window's movie maker, but that only lets you use certain files. If you have hp soft wear, you can click on the option to make a memories disk, which allows you to put music behind your pics, the only downside is that you have to burn it onto a disk. Or if you have power point you can make a power point of you pics.

windows "photo story" is a great one, it lets u make a slide show add your own music , add writing etc its really easy to use also,

use photoshope program maybe it'll help or movie maker

go to windows moviemaker n it will let you do all of that
