Depending on your definition of worship. If you will educate yourself and realize the true difinition of worship, may very well be different from what you think. Why are there trees, dirt, and water? Can you look at the sun directly all day long? No! Go to the beach and look at the ocean, or gaze out into space at night, and you might just realize just how small your little *** is. Little guy, you don't know anything. Do you realize just how little you are? If God wants to be worshipped, I'm sure there is a reason you (little guy) don't get, because you are so tiny. If you would read the bible, I'm sure you will get the answer you are looking for. It is there in plain print, but I'm sure you don't believe!

The One that has provided you a WORLD to stand on. The One that the created a solar system so you could have a SUN to provide you with every material thing that you need to survive.
You know God does not need you. He has EVERYTHING.
But it is GOOD for you to Worship Him because it trains you to become the ultimate reality that is you. The Universe is wrap up inside of you. Every perfection is inside of you. There is simply too much to learn in a short period time without that whole construct being focused. God makes since because how can creation have created itself. Every created thing has to have a creator. This computer did not create itself. It was made by Dell.
He does not want you to worship Him because He has an ego it is just that it is good for humans to worship Him because otherwise they don't develop the same w/o Him

What sort of God doesn't? Surely, if God really is God then He knows that He is God and that no one else is and therefore no one should be worshipped the way He should be worshipped! And that's not God being arrogant or ego-centric, it's God being secure in His identity!

Its never what sort of God wants to be worshipped, its what kind of human being thinks that is THE ONE & ONLY ONE all powerful person. Its to show our humbles in all situations , that the Wise men have said that we should thank our Maker. All human beings needs an invisible form of mental support in life whom we term GOD.

Not too sure about that. The biblical god has blessed everyone with free will, so that they have the choice to make the decision themselves.
I don't know whether they expect people to make the right choice.

Funnily enough, It's the people that tell us that god wants to be worshipped. Not god.
