she'll call "grandpa" 'you bastard'......... the kid has no fault, the stupid 'father' should be in prison, baby is best not knowing him. daughter has to get out of the vicious circle, and find a decent guy to father this child
I can't stand people who'd do such a thing to their own kids! They should be hanged!!! I can't believe how screwed up this justice system is! so victimize the victim more...
What do you mean "circumstantial evidence"??? A DNA test should prove he's the father, and then there's no doubt! what was she over 18 and had "consensual incest"??? Gosh she needs to find another lawyer, (that's what's wrong with this country, lawyers!! - I am sorry for the good hearted lawyers, cuz they're pretty darn hard to find) She needs to fight this further until she gets justice, not just for her own sake. There's ways to prove rape... tell her not to give up. For this type of abuse she can always find free counsel, put the bastard in jail at least... If he were in WA, we still have the "public execution by hanging" available. I don't believe he is sick as in 'he has a disease' - he's selfish like all rapists, he needs to be neutered, and jailed if not killed! There should be no relation between him and his daughter and the baby.

I know of this situation. Years ago the baby was born and adopted through a childless couple within the family. The child is a 40+ adult now. It's supposed to be a secret, but everyone knows (even me, and I'm not a member of the family). Back then girls have very little or no choices, and ignorance left hem helpless from getting professional support. Nowadays we do have choices (like abortion and jail time for the preditor) ... as this type of behaviour is simply no longer tollerated. Girls have a voice now, and we eventually grow-up and become women ... this is something some "men" need to think about, before they take advantage of their own flesh and blood in order to satisfy their own selfish needs. Yet, it's a very sensitive situation ... how does a young girl turn in her own father to the authorities? More so, how does one compensate for the lifetime emotional damage ... ? How do we label the child? "Innocent" period.

circumstantial evidence???????what kind a evidence?if that gal really wanna a justice then she should go to the higher jury.
may i know which country is it? that judge should b punished...really,really should b punished.where was the gal's mom?what was she doin then?did it really happen?it doesn't sound so!cs truth naturally becomes more dangerous.gnrly, in such cases abortion is the last option, though we don't support it,but still.as the father can't marry his own daughter..so the child would b his grandchild.but i think there is something more serious ,now what the society will do with them?

instead of coming on here and asking a question you need to contact someone about it he shouldnt be let off the hook for the dirty thing he did, hes a very sick man and needs help, seriously, if he did that to his daughter who knows how many other women he did that to also, you or whoever is involved maybe your asking for someone I dont know but someone needs to get the girl some help, someone needs to do her the favor because she more then likely feels that she will be betraying her father if she tells anyone about it. I hope all works out for her.

Depends on how much attention you are going to draw to this sick situation. Baby calls him dad when most people know he should be the grandfather of daughter's child, you have sooooooo many issues. How old is the girl? I would report the SOB. I question what is happening to this world.

(If I was the daughter, i would run away RIGHT NOW!) The child will call him by his name cuz the man is his father but also his grandpa and their relationship will be f***** up. Btw, probably the child will be deformed...

I say the daughter and her baby get as far away from "Dad" as possible. There should be no contact with him and no concern of what the baby will call him later in life. Dad (Grandpa) should be in prison.

If the daughter is sensible she will get as far away from her father as possible then the question of what to call him won't arise. but surly with a DNA test the father can be charged with incest.

Technically, the girl is a mother & a sister.
The prevert, is a father & grandfather.
The pervert should be taken to a very large tree, hog tied, strung up by his testicals & left for dead.

Hopefully he would call him a convict, and the relationship would be that of a strange man that lives in the big house.
