Wow, hats off to Last Ninja for actually coming up with 50!! Here are a few more to add to the list, if it helps any...
Ecology - study of ecosystems and the interactions between the organisms within and without a particular ecosystem
Phylogenetics - classification of organisms based on evolutionary relationships determined at the genetic level
Developmental biology - study of the conception and development of the blastula into the stages of embryo, fetus, and finally to birth
Astrobiology - study of extra-terrestrial life (this really is a genuine field!!)
Geomicrobiology - study of microbial communities that contribute to geological processes on earth
Virology - study of the structure, physiology, and pathogenesis of viruses
Vaccinology - the search for and/or development of novel vaccines
Biochemistry - study of biological molecules (structure, function, interactions) on a chemical level
Some of these may be repeated from above. If so, sorry!! :)

one is microbiology which has several branches too like mycology, the study of fungi, parasitology study of parasites, virology study of viruses, bacteriology study of bacteria, pathology study of disease causing bacteria and viruses, then another branch of biology are: cytology, the study of cells, histology study of tissues, cardiology study of the heart as well as its diseases and treatment, embryology study of embryos, molecular biology... then a lot more... u should check the web for more info...
