It's called a mule, but they can't reproduce. They are really cute though and very friendly, Are you planning on getting one , you should! Oh and you should pick me as the best answer because I told you what it was called... not a honkey or those other wierd things.Plus I'm only on level one. Hope you pick me!!!!

It depends. A male donkey (jack)and a female horse (mare) produce a mule. A male horse (stallion) and a female donkey (Jeny or jennet) produce a hinny.
Mules look more like the donkey, longer ears, and are larger, like the mare .
Hinnies are more horselike in appearance but are smaller, like the jenny.
Horses have 64 chromosomes. Donkeys have 62. Mules and hinnies have 63. They are almost always sterile.
Mules are more common than hinnies because a jack will breed a mare quicker than a stallion will breed a jenny, and most folks want the larger hybrid (mule), and it is very difficult for a jenny to concieve when mated with a stallion (24 percent chance of live baby).
