have just reinstalled yahoo toolbar but the mail symbol is still missing,please can some one tell me why?

I've uninstalled the toolbar 4 times as the mail symbol was missing,then reinstalled it,but the mail symbol just does not show,i have just done it again and still it's missing,i have shut down and restarted each time,please can anyone tell me why,many thanks Kathy

If you are on BTYAHOO, use BT Help, they are always there and will help with your problem :-)

If you do not have BT Broadband Desktop Help you can download here for free......
