I am a fan of prolong. I have a car I have used it in that has over 200k onit and still shows no significant engine wear. But thats only one mans experience. Mostly a quality oil and regular changeing is the largest contribution to engine longevity.

That is a question that when debated by two mechanics they can end up in a fistfight.
There are pros and cons for both natural oil lubricants and synthetic lubricants.
My viewpoint is, I KNOW that natural oil works well so I stick with the original.
You cannot lose that way, over 100 years of proven use.
