"Drive Not Ready" errors are almost always the result of buggy or improperly configured packet writing software. The most common solutions are an upgrade to your packet writing software, or changing options in it, generally the former. The options most commonly implicated are those related to what happens when you eject a disc. Please refer to the help text on packet writing software, system crashes and lockups, and inability to write to the CD-RW drive.

That means your E-drive isn't reading the disk drive
disk drive= CD Drive Hard Drive Card Reader
Its different for everyone
If its your CD drive thats giving you the problem
go to Wal-Mart and get a CD Drive Cleaner CD and USE it.
If that doesn't work, either your CD drive is still too dirty, the CD
is too dirty, or there's a problem with the CD Drive Drivers/Firmware OR simply your messing somthing up!
