I want to leave my husband but when we separate he will get half of everything regardless who paid for it. 90% of our furniture is what I have worked for or paid for. He doesn't pay for anything cause he supports his (other wife ) maybe in Pakistan! Cause his always sending his money over there secretly hiding.

This happened to me also. Get out of the relationship but be careful in doing so. Start again by yourself you will feel so proud of all you can achieve and to hell with. you have to be strong and remember that holding a grudge against him will only eat away at you and make you feel worse. Once you make a clean break it will get easier.

In U.S. all materials and money will be split quite fairly. Look for a good lawyer. Husband's activities sound a bit shadey anyhow. Nothing you can do for support he is entitled to share with other family. But his other wife? How is that possible? Get a good lawyer. You'll be happier just when it's all over and done and you can move on with your life. Why stick around for furniture?

Of course it isn't fair, but life isn't. You just need to learn to play the game and have some fun along the way. Wait, "other" wife? If your husband is found guilty of bigamy he'll be in jail (away from you), and everything in effect will be yours! If you've sold everything except the house while he's in jail, and the money's all gone, what's he gonna do?

You should find a good lawyer.

I dont know what you exactly want to know but I advice you not to visit the israely state on the palestinian colonized patry..
cause I did thought once about it and went deeper in history to enlarge my knowledge about that people.. the result was very astonishing.. they never had peace with whomever you know.. even with the prophets send especially to them since they were the chosen people..
the overtook a land from the arabs an fouded on a state of injustice and pain for all the world..
and the better that may witness on what I'm saying is the raid on lebanon.. look twice.. see clearer .. who is dying?? who is killing?? who is covering them?? who is.....?
all these are questions that puzzles my greymater.

I don't know how laws are in other countries but if you live in the States I wouldn't make a bet on him getting 1/2 of everything. I live in a 50-50 state and when I got a divorce I got everything. He got his car and his clothes only because I didn't want them. I hired an attorney who did his job well.

That is tough. If you are really married to each other and he is already married to someone else prior to yours then your marriage is void. Talk to a lawyer about your case but I am pretty sure that he can't get anything from you plus he can go to jail. Just be sure that prior to contracting a marriage with him you have no idea that he was already married or else you too is in trouble. Good luck.

If you go to court, you can ask for anything you want, and the court can grant that to you as long as you have a convincing argument. For exampel, if the house is in both your names, but you can prove that you paid for most of it, and he was hiding money from you, then the court is likely to give you the house.

But who ever said life was fair?

Walk away, they're only things, U can replace them.
Go make a better life 4 URself, U deserve some happiness, don't U?

Why have YOU allowed yourself to remain in this situation?

Why are YOU putting up with some guy who sends all his money to his other "wife"?

Don't you have any respect for yourself?

Take some personal responsibility here.

Hey, honey......you made your choices!!!! If he is married to someone else, how can he be married to you??? Seems like you chose this mess. You need an attorney.....DUH! Sounds like this could be a knock down drag out and you have nothing to loose but to go for it. Try and make better choices next time!
