I just had an operation & my husband hits me always. The doctor told him already that I could have died but he doesn't care. I'm suppose to take it easy at home with no heavy lifting just light duties but my husband demands the housework to be done. He doesn't work just sits around. but after I get better I'm planning to leave him. I've had enough of it.

this is really bad. how fool and rude is your husband..
marriage is like a bond that is tied between a girl and a boy so that they could support each other and be with each other for lifetime and fulfilling each others' desire and keeping themselves happy in any way GOD tells them to.
but i don't know whats wrong with your husband?

well if u are planning to leave him later then why not now.. i am not saying to leave him forever.. but just pay a visit to anybody who cares you and who can help you get well soon. like you can go to any one of your friends or relatives. but one of the best would be going to that person who is having a superiority on your husband. or from whom your husband is a bit afraid of or whose words can make your husband think that he's doing wrong..

best of luck and think nicely that what should you do and whom shall you pay a visit and whom with you can stay for few days or weeks..

nest time he is sleeping beat the crap out of him with a baseball bat, don't kill him, just leave him brain damaged, and then place him at the bottom of some stairs, make sure he has been drinking also as this will help make it more believable, or go out and make yourself some nice male friends, ones that are obviously bigger and stronger and faster than your husband is, guys that could pummel him into the ground, most guys hate cowards that hit women, hey if I lived near by you I would help you out, anyways seriously get your self out of there now, don't wait until you are better because obviously if a doctor knows that he is doing this to you and the doctor hasn't called the police then something is wrong there all around, but I am glad to see that you have made up your mind to leave, it is definitely a step in the right direction, keep taking those steps

A lot of women say just the same thing. Unfortunately what they say and what they do are two different things. If you are afraid to leave him get some help from friends you can trust and go. I have a friend that was in the same predicament and got the courage to leave. She left with her three kids and the clothes on their backs and was put up in a women's shelter. There is always somewhere for you to go.No excuses. If you choose to stay well he may hit you one time too many .You do not belong to anyone and you are free to leave when you choose so do the Right thing for yourself.

There are a million reasons not to do something. In this case all of those reasons should be ignored. When you get the chance, GET OUT AS SOON AS YOU CAN!!! Call your local woman's crisis line, if you have to do it then stay in a woman's shelter. Utilize the support that you have from family and friends. Make a plan and get out. This will only get worse and your life doesn't have to be this way.

Heck leave the jerk now. Before you go though wait until he is asleep on the couch and get the biggest frying an you have and swing with everything you have and hit his dumb ass in the head. It will make you feel alot better about all of the abuse he gives you. You will be gone before he wakes up so don't worry. Good Luck to you.

I beg of you marie, to leave, the sooner the better, to many ppl. (woman and men alike) put up with physical suffering at the hands of there spouse or b/f, or g/f. call a counsler,go to battered wife shelter. but leave him, and if he convinces you to stay, set up rules, first one is counsling, and dont return to the home til you both have had sevral sessions, remember after you leave he will be more angry, thus even saying im leaving he may hit you, find your ally's (mother/sister/brother/friends) they will help you get away from this voilents

Why wait, you are still alive now so leave now, your state should have resources for you to get help from. Or maybe you could go to family and friend you trust to get away until you heal. Notify the police after and get a restraining order against him. Get out while you are still ALIVE!

You should have left him the first time he hit you and you should have never looked back. This guy is an abusive bum. Dump this lame coward now. How dare he ever hit you, and how could you stay with such a low life coward. Run as fast as you can NOW.

Get out as soon as possible. I don't want to be reading about you in the morning papers. I'm so sorry this is happening to you. Please don't let him touch you anymore. Is there any other place you could stay? Mother, sister's house? Friends? Good luck.

We're all with you. I'll send out a prayer for ya! =)
