That is obviously an exaggeration of expression. Anyway, the vagina really can stretch but not to that extent.During sexual act as the female is stimulated,there are certain mechanisms which make the female to accomodate a male organ. On the case of situation during delivery of a baby there are changes (during pregnancy and especially during the stage of delivery) which makes the vagina to stretch in more extents (but not in miles definitely) to allow passage of the baby where usually a part of vagina is incised so as to prevent laceration or tearing. You see,average baby head on delivery is more or less 35 cm but it could break the vagina.

Use proper English.
A mile is a heck of a lot further than a human being's entire body.
If you're seriously asking and only exaggerating, look it up in Kinsey or Masters and Johnson, the two definitive books on human sexuality. You'll find one or the other or both books in any good public library.
And, your question should be based on specifics such as, is she a virgin who still has a hymen?
If you try to penetrate a female who still has her hymen it will 'tear'. Once it's broken a hymen is no longer an obstacle.
