Anastacia, don't send me to the FBI most wanted. I asked for the World Most Wasted. Not America's version of world's most wanted.

One of is probably Ralph "Bucky" Philips. He escaped from Erie County C.C. near Buffalo, NY nearly months ago. He has been spotted across New York many times, stolen a few cars, broke into many homes, and shot a cop, but the hundreds of state troopers and local cops actively hunting him down in 2 counties right now can't find him. Most of the area he is thought to be in is wooded and rural so there are choppers, and cops throughout the fields and woods, and all nearby roads have checkpoints, as well as homes and cars being searched for no reason.

I found Interpol's site for you - Now when I did a search for the *recent* listings it came back with 320 entries of people from all over the world - Canada, US, Iran, Australia - you name the crime its there (and yes including Bin Laden too and his Hench men). So if you want to take a look and see who's on the list, because there is just too many to list here is the direct site addy for the list................
