Deji O,

I have a female boss now, and have had in the past. From my perspective they are different than male bosses.

The female expects you to get the job done with all the tidy documentation, no excuses. They are usually more aggressive than the male counterparts, so, you need to help them achieve their goals to survive with them.

I had one female boss that use to try to flirt with me, in the early 80s. She was the type to play with you - cat and mouse. I was the mouse. I don't think she is the typical female boss.

In many ways, I prefer a woman boss. Learn what she is after, and help her achieve that.

I want my staff to work hard and get the job done..
The staff needs to work with each other as a team
If it was a problem yesterday why didn't you say it yesterday
If there is a fear of work ,at work or fear of someone at work, open door and insert the need to have it worked out..
If you don't like someone on Thursday and the world was all wrong on Thursday then maybe you had a bad day Think about
how it looks and feels before you hurt another .

When the job is over and all is done you better believe we play, party and take a day to say thank you. Women drive harder to get "IT" done but we also play and say Thank you a lot more than men

I have a mid size staff and a over average company and believe I can't do it alone and without my many workers I would not be where I am today. Women feel and think men for the most think and forget the feel.
